Do I need a referral for my visit ?This depends on you insurance company. Usually a PPO plan does not require a referral. Most HMO plans do. If your plans requires a referral, you will need a valid referral for each visit. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET REFERRALS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT. If you need a referral and do not obtain one prior to your visit then you will be responsible for all office fees.

Do I need a driver ?You may have your pupils dilated as part of your eye exam. Most patients are able to drive after getting the dilating drops. You will be light sensitive from the drops so bring sunglasses with you Some patients, however, will have blurry vision which will impair their ability to drive safely.
